FRAUD!

FRAUD!! Don’t purchase from themThey don’t approve your initial order without signing up to a subscription which they say is FREE and is just a part of the process (even get an email that states you pay 0GBP) and after a month I get charged with 12GBP for a supposedly blade replacement that I DID NOT ORDER OR APPROVE Cannot cancel subscription online as wellSTAY AWAY

Great Shaver for the Head

If you are after a head shaver, then the Trimpod 2.0 or the new 3.0 are the shavers to have, these little babys do an excellent job, are easy to clean, and dont take long to charge. I Would highly Reccomend the Trimpod to all potential customers.

Easy to hold wkth bad wrists

I have used the female 2.0 groom kit 2 times now and love it. It's ideal as I struggle with my wrist so easy 2 hold. It product help create a smooth feel on my skin without the blood and pain that razers have done previously. As I suffer from eczema, this is ideal as it just feel like am massaging my leg then shaving. Love it so much I got my husband one. Lol

New trimmer

Bought a second trimmer from Groom so I can leave one at work, signed up for the hygiene plan to receive the discount but found it very hard to confirm the plan so that Groom would post the new trimmer.Contacted them directly and told them that I couldn’t confirm the hygiene plan and actually didn’t need it as I already have a plan and receive a new blade to often.Groom didn’t even respond to my request this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Groom

You cannot cancel any blades when you…

You cannot cancel any blades when you sign up 5o the hygiene plan as stated. You can only postpone the next delivery, 6 weeks apart.I cannot find anywhere on 5he site any mention how to cancel subscription. I have 3 new blades now, just keep sending them and take the payment from your card. Be aware.
