I received the Trim Pod 2.0 along with a replacement blade today and upon opening discovered that they sent me Trim Pod 1.0 and a replacement blade for 2.0.Needless to say this is not helpful at all and rendered useful to me.I emailed customer services and they replied back insisting the unit sent was 3.0 (their latest unit with their latest magnetic blade). For a start, their website does not even advertise version 3.0 at all and secondly there was no acknowledge of the wrong replacement blade sent too.So not only did I pay extra for an old (probably used and returned) unit, Ive also got a replacement blade that I cannot use at all.I am in the process of requesting a return - wish me luck. I would avoid at all costs.
