Fantastic site with a wide variety for all. The shaver is compact and comes with great accessories. The customer service is excellent; I contacted them with a question and got a response within 24 hours. Highly recommend for great prices and fast deliveries.
I ordered a grooming kit for my husband (wasn't aware there was a women's version) and mistakenly received the women's kit. They informed me the only difference was the clipper guards and wanted to charge an additional £7 for shipping. This is disappointing service since I didn’t receive what I ordered and paid for. Not satisfied.
Still waiting on my order, supposedly been with courier since 12th December. My biggest gripe with these companies is that you can’t just speak to someone to follow up on expected delivery, the only option is to request a follow up which no one actions. Either keep track on deliveries if they’re showing as with courier company for 7 days and no expected delivery date or use an alternative courier company. I’d like to be able to review the product however without it being here and no way of contacting anyone to cancel or chase for an eta, it’s quite frustrating.
Ordered the TrimPod 2.0 as a Christmas present with an expected delivery date of 22nd Dec paying for Express Shipping. After putting the order through I received an email which stated shipping would take 4-8 business days so I replied back asking why when I've paid for express shipping which states 2 business days. They then sent an apology saying my order got delayed and they would refund the £4.99 shipping fee and send it by express shipping for free which didn't make any sense given I'd only ordered a day before anyway. They have now sent me a Royal Mail tracking number that doesn't exist and when you track it on Groom Here website it comes up with China Post which also doesn't recognise the number. My children are so disappointed as this was their dads present but it's not looking like it's ever going to get here, never mind by Christmas Day!
Be careful while dealing with this company you automatically get a subscription signing up to their blades or hygiene plan without even realising if you need to return the item they want £7 for you to do i and I’ve asked them to cancel the subscription three times over email and I’ve been completely ignored .Definitely would not order from them again on this basis .
Ordered 2 of these. 1 arrived. The other has supposedly been sent to yodel, who say they haven't recieved it 2 weeks later. Will be doing a chargeback. Avoid. Update.. had a message off a neighbour saying it was delivered this morning. Almost 3 weeks after ordering. Im away on my Christmas break now, so it isn't any good for me.
Ordered on 15th, still not left warehouse. I contacted them and was told there's been delays due to demand and they will upgrade to express delivery, but still not been sent. I'm guessing they just another fake company passing off cheap rubbish from China and waiting for supplies to be delivered. Do not buy
