Very confusing process and product and haven't seen results

First of all, after already spending a huge amount on the mat, duties wanted another $115. And then, if you want to return the mat, it's another $50CAD in shipping. So, buying from Groonie isn't as pain free as you'd hope.While the mat is well made, the controller it came with is confusing and the manual doesn't really help. Also, it's bigger than I expected, as the product dimensions were not on their product page. Lastly, we haven't noticed any benefits from using it. I'm still hopeful though, so have decided to keep in after all I went through to get it.

Great product!

I had some questions and they were answered almost immediately! I love the different settings ,times and temperatures. I just used P5 along with the infrared feature for 25 minutes and my muscle soreness is gone!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered a mat and sheets. Sheets never arrived. They cannot find the order though they charged me. I have shown them the email order receipt and the tracking number of the mat that was delivered. With all of that they could not find my order nor confirm sheets were ever ordered. I am talking with AI or complete incompetence. Order #25597 if anyone from Grooni looks at this.
