I had a great experience with both the product and customer support. I accidentally ordered the grounding mat twice and contacted customer service—they responded very promptly and were extremely helpful. The mat I originally ordered was on backorder, so they upgraded my order so I could receive it sooner, which I really appreciated.There was also a mix-up where I received an unrelated product, but they corrected it quickly and sent my plush grounding mat with express shipping. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally.I’ve now been using the plush grounding mat and have already been experiencing the benefits. Thank you to the team for turning a situation that didn’t start smoothly into such a positive experience. Excellent service and a great product!

I highly recommend GROONIEARTHING

I would like to start by saying that I truly love this product.I have been using my Groonie mat for a short time, and I can already feel a difference in my pain levels. I usually suffer from pain that lasts 24 hours a day. I have severe scoliosis, several herniated discs, and strong nighttime pain, which makes it very difficult for me to sleep. Since I started using the mat, I feel a noticeable improvement, especially in how my body feels overall.I would also like to share my experience with the company’s service. I had serious problems with the delivery company, and my order was delayed for a long time. I live in Spain. I was almost ready to cancel the order, but I really wanted the Groonie mat because I knew the product quality was very good.The Groonie team stayed in daily contact with me and supported me until I finally received my product. Even though the delivery was late, I did not experience this as negative because their service, care, and professionalism were outstanding. In the end, receiving such a great product was what mattered most.I highly recommend GROONIEARTHING – both for their excellent product quality and their amazing customer service.
