I am a long time customer of their product and they decided to rebrand to this name. Their old name is FestingerVault. Since the rebranding, they have tried to charge my credit card multiple times despite having a lifetime membership. Scam, stay away.
I have canceled my subscription with Festinger Vault (now Groot Made) five separate times, yet my canceled packages continue to reappear after site updates, followed by repeated attempted charges, sometimes twice a day for two different plans I have already canceled multiple times. I have screenshots from four separate dates clearly showing my accounts marked as canceled, along with records of the attempted billing attempts to prove it.What is most concerning is that this does not appear to be an isolated issue. Multiple other customers are reporting the same pattern: subscriptions being reactivated after site resets, inability to cancel, broken billing pages, 404 help sections, and zero response from support. That points to a systemic billing and account management failure.There is no clear, reliable method to permanently cancel. The site continues to be redesigned and rebranded, yet the most basic function, allowing customers to control their own subscriptions, does not work consistently.At this point, I am formally escalating this matter to Paddle, their payment processor, and will be submitting full documentation of repeated cancellations and attempted charges. If this is not resolved immediately and permanently, I will continue pursuing this through appropriate payment and regulatory channels.Customers should monitor their billing very carefully.
As previous review says, Festingervault looking to be back, not sure what's the porpuse this time, I NEVER got an email response from Festingervault due to masive issues with the website, 0.99% Uptime was that service, site is back, but not all downloads are available, multiple errors still shown, I tried to get money back with and PayPal with no success... But look, they sent you an email about their new platform...My review at Festinger here at trustopilot:So I got a lifetime access after all the issue with Auttomatic, just few after this I decided to go for it because "they survived" to Auttomatic claims, even when I knew was clear plugins or so develped or related to Auttomatic won't be available to download... So after this has been a nighmare... Site is constally down, when it goes up, a lot of new designes are set, site goes down again, a new site is shown saying has been built with better bla bla bla and faster and so and later on goes down, now shows 404 page not found, more than a week now since I noticed it, everytime I need a plugin site has issues or is fully down... I have sent emails to different addreses, never got any answer, I have requested things to be fixed of refund my money... I have nothing now and I guess is to late now to fill a paypal claim to get my money back... we all got F...UPDATE: 2/8/2026They tried to ask me for more details here at trustpilot even order ID of my lifetime license, but they forgot something... they restored my lifetime license, I was able to login and so, but later on they introduced a duosecurity feature, I was able to set the pin on my chrome browser but never logins, so unable to access to the account to see the order ID, this company is totally a bad joke, I just want my $250 back and get out this place now.UPDATE: 2/9/2026Got some new emails this morning with answers from forum, I send a topic on public support telling them the issue of the login, few days later with no answers I add a reply on topic telling them to please just refund me the $250 I paid and just forget about this nightmare... this reply was deleted by them, I was set on silence on their forum (can't comment or create new topics), the FestyBot (that says is a machine not real person) answers the topic by saying: "Your account is banned." and that's all... Looks they removed the duo security feature from their login, I can login to forum or vault itself, but now my lifetime shows there at suspended... I have send another email then, an email that will never get an answer like all previous email I sent months ago...UPDATE: 2/20/2026: So they have moved all Festinger accounts to their new service called grootmade.com, I have asked once again through that site webchat and answer was only your account is banned from our sources, I have also found on their support forum another user that was mad about service and the way they were doing this back and forth between the 2 names of companies and users accounts, I saw the user was not disrespectuful at all but the way he said it you can feel that he was mad about it (for me he's totally right) and I notice because of that comment his lifetime license was also revoked and his user was silenced at forum as well. After this I understand 1 thing, they know they have been doing an awful job handling all of this after the legal actions from Auttomatic and now they will banned all those users that use their right to express themselves freely and comment about the service. So you can't write something bad about them or they will block you.So I guess now I won't be able to get my right to get a service I paid and refunds are not possible (Like the people that were charged before without their consent when FS were deleting and restore multiple site versiones and people didn't get the refund back... Festinger is dead, after Auttomatic legal actions happend, they have been working really hard by digging their own grave... So sad that Auttomatic was not able to shut them down forever and ever, that way I could have those $250...IF ANYONE NEEDS GPL PLUGINS, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND ALSO FROM GROOTMADE.COM THE SAME WITH OTHER NAME...(OR EVEN WORSE). Worst experience with GPL plugins ever... avoid the headaches with this people...Again check sites before buying and if you see any relation with Festinger Vault, Groot name or Martin or so, run away and save you money... is a scam.

I can provide all info if needed, but review is correct.I was charged twice on the previous website (SAME BUSINESS!) and they sent me a newsletter with the headline, "We had a dream of 'Freedom in Code.' Today, it's alive." blah blah blah.I have a dream too - to get my money back after being charged twice! I purchased a subscription on May 20, 2024, and used it once. After half a year, the website was down, so I couldn't use it or cancel the subscription. A few months ago, after a year, they tried to charge my card again, but the payment failed as there were no funds. I tried to log in to cancel, but couldn't access my account—previously, their website was on WordPress, but now it's on a different platform. I let it go, but a few days ago they successfully charged my card. I tried to log in again to cancel the subscription and immediately emailed them to request a refund (their policy allows a 1-day refund if nothing was downloaded, and I didn't download anything). After this, they deleted my account, and now I can't even log in.Tried to charge again, 25.09.2025Still no any refunds from their side. 20.01.2026 - no refunds"
