I contacted the company and received a quick response. I got my order earlier than expected, which allowed me to give it to my daughter for her birthday. She loved it! The only thing I wish I had known was the size of the additional stones and engraving; they are so small that I almost overlooked them. The print was fine for younger eyes, but not for mine.
