Avoid Ordering from This Company

Avoid ordering from this company; it's a scam! They took my money in June, promising delivery in a few months, but have continually delayed and made excuses while accepting more orders. It's now December, and I still have no table. They can't provide an estimate, citing poor management and broken promises. When I complained, they canceled my order without my consent, leaving me without the product I paid for after six months. The frustration this has caused is immense, and I learned it will take over 40 days to get my refund. This company is a joke and should be shut down. You have been warned—worst experience ever with dishonest practices and endless frustration!

I placed my order in July 2025, and as of December 9, 2025, I'm still waiting for any update. I paid in full for this product and have nothing to show for it. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and now I find myself just waiting. I'm looking for a reply regarding shipping, a refund, or considering reporting this unethical company.

Payment Taken, Product Not Delivered

This company will gladly take your money but fail to deliver the product! I ordered in August with the promise of shipping in November, but received no personal updates. I found a general update stating that tables are on their way, but no specifics. After reaching out for an ETA, I was told my table would not arrive until January or possibly February. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, so I requested a cancellation. I give one star only because they did refund my money; otherwise, it would be zero stars. I wonder if I would have even received the table by February.

Is This a Scam?

I'm starting to feel like I've been scammed. I ordered a coffee table in April with the understanding it would ship in June. In June, I was informed it would now ship in July due to tariffs, but then it was pushed to August, and now it’s been delayed to September. This is not what I agreed to, and I would like my order shipped immediately; I've been very patient.

Gifted an Oasis Mini, Mixed Experience

EDIT: I backed the Oasis Mini as a gift about a year ago and later purchased a second one. This should be a 5-star product but my experience has been more like 2 or 3 stars. I hoped to give one for my mother's June birthday but received an email stating it wouldn't arrive in time. That's okay; I adjusted my plans. I then hoped to give it as a Christmas gift, but it didn't arrive, and my numerous emails went unanswered. They continued to send offers, indicating they were still taking orders but neglecting customers who had already paid. I finally received my order in January, almost a year after my original order. I understand supply chain issues take time, but communication is essential. I'm glad I finally received my order, and the product appears to be high quality.

Censorship by the Company

This is the company behind the Oasis Mini project, a successful crowdfunding effort. However, they ignored international customers for six months, offering excuse after excuse about taxes and shipping. I commented on Kickstarter about them selling to US customers with guaranteed shipping while international backers waited. The company's response? They canceled my order after holding my money for a year, claiming I was spamming. I had simply posted feedback requesting updates and informing others of the situation. They seem to prefer satisfying the US market before addressing the needs of their original supporters.
