I didn’t realize I was signing up for a monthly subscription when I ordered the T-shirt. I immediately emailed the company and told them I wanted the subscription canceled. They did it immediately. I’ve bought plenty of other products from this company and they’ve always been very good. Just sell the T-shirt without the monthly subscription!
I am a disabled Vietnam veteran and due to some personal problems, and I needed to cancel my order. The People at Proud patriots were extremely accommodating and promptly handled my problem. I purchased pens from this patriot company back in on April 16 . We’ve been emailing back and forth the last email was in the beginning of September and here we are going into October and my issue has not been resolved and received no merchandise. Terrible accountability!!!
I am proud to be a patriot but I do not want another membership only a tee shirt. I was willing to pay but not the monthly fee. The company has incredible customer service and the individual you get to speak to and who handles you is excellent. You guys are excellent.
