Do not buy!! They are a rip off company! They are very cheaply made and they state GUARANTEED money back on their site…But DO not stand by it!! I returned by USPS with the order number on the box and inside the box since we don’t have UPS store by us…So NO refund even though I mailed them back!!
The shoes are not worth the price!They provide some all-day comfort, but not worth even $40 per pair!I wish to add that, after receiving a reply from Grounded Footwear advising me of their 30-day return policy (which I read in brief), I think even less of the company, since it’s stipulation to include an original receipt with returns cannot be met. This is because They Never Sent Me a receipt, nor Posted One when the transaction was completed.
I looked forward to having footwear that could provide some comfort for neuropathy of my feet and legs. The shoes have helped as I wear them in the house every day. However, I find that the inner sole is sometimes uncomfortable. There are times when I feel that I am stepping on uneven ground. I wear 8.5 shoe and bought 9.5 size. I am mostly satisfied with the results.
I ordered and received (2) pair of shoes .One pair fit fine the other pair showing the exact same size was maybe a size or two bigger if i had to guess ?I talked to customer service Agent named "Mike".He wanted me to send pictures and he would try to help rectify situation.I sent pictures and that was that. No return correspondence from anyone .. Another thing I noticed, and can't verify if it's related. Is that after communicating with this company I have been inundated with phone and Emails from Spammer's.I actually Really like the shoes though ...
