I love the shoes and the concept. I have neuropathy and bunions and these shoes feel like going barefoot. Unfortunately, I ignored the advice to size up if in between sizes, and I sized down to a 9. The shoes cramp my toes slightly. My fault.
Imagine my surprise to find these shoes on Amazon for $23!! Same exact shoe as I bought a pair from there.. I did call to get an explanation of why this was Since I paid $80 for the pair I bought from you. They didngive me a flimsy explantation and took off 40%.. but that was still over the price of amazon. I accepted the offer but this is just unacceptable and I felt ripped off. The shoe itself is nice and is comfortable for the most part. Takes some adjusting to them but overall they are made well. I would by again but at your price. So disappointed.
I ordered wrong size called customer service i was offered 15% discount to keep shoe which makes no sense if they don't fit. The exchange process is so shaky i have to call back with postal receipt number to set up exchange i will send exchange but not sure about reordering other products.
I ordered the shoes on June 1 and by June 6 I had my shoes. I have extreme pain in my feet as I have bunion and Plantar Fascilitis. The pain in my feet are gone wearing these shoes. I also have back pain and knee pain and the shoes have relieved most of my pain there as well. I have cut down on the medication to stop the pain. I can stand longer and walk farther then before. These are the only shoes I wear now and will be ordering more. I love these shoes.
