On June 6, I tried ordering new shoes online. As I started to check out, I attempted to navigate to the page where I could apply my 25% discount, but I could never access it. It kept redirecting me to the payment page, asking for my card number, which I provided, but I never completed the checkout process. I never received any confirmation that I had purchased anything—until my wife noticed pending charges on our bank statement June 10 and questioned me about it. I explained that the sale had never gone through and there was no confirmation. They had me down for two separate orders totallling over $200I Iwill say customer service was quite understanding, and they agreed to refund me; however, I do have to pay for postage when I send the shoes back.
Shoes have a narrow fit and pinch on both sides of toe box. There is no arch support for very high arches. Shoe is far too shallow for high instep. Please do not post this review. I know my foot is very hard to fit. Please send instructions for returning the shoe as soon as possible.
I have been needing a pair of footwear specifically like this for my entire life. All shoes hurt, but not these. I ride my bike in them. I walk my dogs and I clean my house in them. I work out in them. I run on the treadmill in them. I feel grounded! My toes don’t fall asleep. My feet don’t cramp. The only thing I wish is that the right foot was a half a size bigger only because I’m assuming my right foot is bigger because that one is a little tighter around my toes. I’m hoping it’ll stretch out but other than that this will be my shoe of choice for the rest of my life!!! Thank you for connecting me back to the Earth without having to wear moccasins. I am your biggest fan.I am adding this note… the tight fit on right foot was not the problem of shoe. It was the no see’em socks I was wearing. Hubby and I love these and we have a hard time wearing anything but the grounded game changers!!! Thank you!!!
