The Grounded Footwear Insoles, are a nice design, and feel pretty good when you get used to them...The problem is that the magnets fall off easily, and there should be a way to adhere them better...I'm also concerned with their long term ability to stand up to extended use...
I have plantar fascitis from wearing thick sole work shoes for 10+ years, mandatory for my job. Acupuncture and electrode therapy helped alleviate pain but only forna few days. My first pair of grounding shoes has kept me pain free from the first time I put them in. I have so much freedom in the shoe it is a pleasure walking longer distances. Not compliant to wear at work but this is my go- to shoe everywhere else .
I purchased the shoes after trying another brand of barefoot shoes. I had been wearing walking/running shoes for Years! I started having a problem with my toes being squished together, and causing a callose. Barefoot shoes have so much toe room! My feet were healed within a couple weeks. Grounded footwear shoes are far superior than my other brand! They are thicker on bottom, and non-slip. I highly recommend these shoes.
These shoes are a life-changer! I hate wearing shoes, but barefoot is not great for my feet, and I can’t go outside without grabbing shoes. My Grounded Footwear shoes are comfy, and they look durable. I can walk in a gravel driveway in them, and still feel lile I’m barefoot. Fantastic!
One important thing for me is the heel it is straight up and down and not too tall so it doesn't bite into my back ankle that is a plus plus for me!! Although they're expensive and I'm on a limited income the next pair I get will be one size larger (or a half a size larger if it comes that way) however they are comfy
