I ordered on 2/2/26. Order # 229285.I wanted a Queen flat and one pillowcase. After my order was in the cart, I looked at other options. When I placed my order, it charged me for the last items I looked at (that were NOT in the cart). I realized the error immediately, and submitted 2 emails thru their site. No response. I received an email confirmation, sent message that it was incorrect items that were ordered. The response was that my order would be put on hold and handled by a "special team". Next email I got was that the order had been shipped--without correction! 4 more emails trying to FIX this failed. I received the order on 2/9/26, returned it at the USPS early 2/10/26. I followed their instructions for the return from both Kerry's email, and their website. AFTER it was mailed, Kerry sent another email telling me to send it to an alternative address and to include the tracking number to them. AND, although I would have returned it, I did not receive the "free" mat that was promised for the order. This company might be ok if there are no "coloring outside the lines" issues, but my experience makes me think they're either run by AI bots or totally incompetent people.

It’s weird but I sleep more deeply when grounded; like the kind of sleep where you wake up and the whole night went by in one blink. I didn’t realise how much my body needed that until I started using the sheet regularly. Doesn’t feel like a gadget, just feels natural.
My dog immediately tried to claim the grounding mat as his spot, so I take that as a good sign. When I do get to use it, my lower back relaxes faster and I don’t feel as electrically wired as before. It’s become a part of my nightly routine without even trying.
Most products promise better sleep and barely do anything, but the pillowcase surprised me. My head feels cooler on it, and I don’t toss my pillow around as much. Even my skin feels less puffy in the morning. I didn’t expect a pillowcase to make a difference but here we are.
I ordered the sheets 23 days ago and my credit card has paid for them. I have reached out to them twice and they have said they would update me. I used the order number a tracking number that showed they were shipping five days after my order was placed. I asked for at least an update but have had no communication from them.
