I ordered 100% European Linen sheet set that cost almost $200 but got cotton sheets that did not even look like linen. They were processed by Amazon and delivered over night, and I've spent 2 days trying to reach the company for return instructions. I know that they got my email, they responded with a 5% discount on my next order. I tried leaving a negative review which naturally was not posted. I think this company is a Chinese company with a fake address in NY to lure American customers and steal their money.

Buyer Beware! I ordered a bedding set in on November 27, 2025. After numerous emails and refusal to refund I received part of the order two months later. I received three separate emails saying it was shipped with a bogus tracking number that just says it is somewhere between here and China. If you click on anything it is just click bait and takes you to random websites. It was a Christmas gift supposedly. Even the partial delivery received two months later is the wrong color from the order. I have challenged it with my CC company. Horrible experience.
I ordered linen sheets. I received 100% polyester sheets. Their customer service is a sham. It is nothing but bots that put you in an endless loop of emails. Like others, they told me I needed to send the sheets back to their warehouse in China at my expense, which I will not do because they sent sheets I did not order. Do not order from this scam.
DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered 100% linen sheets for $130. A month later (the day before Christmas) I received 100% polyester sheets. When I tried to return them, the cheapest shipping cost back to CHINA was $191. Funny that they shipped to me from the US, but I needed to return the product to China. They completely "bait and switch" people, advertising one thing and delivering something else under the guise of "we ran out of stock and substituted the next best thing". Whatever. Do yourself a favor, save yourself a headache, and order from somewhere reputable.
Their promised return policy is a bunch of lies. I needed to return a very expensive item that was not a color that worked. It had never been used and was still in the original packaging and box. They offered to have me keep it and get 5% back! I have no use for it, and 5% is absurd. They have strung me along for over 3 weeks with bot generated email replies from an email different from the one I used to reach out to them. And of course there is no phone number to call. They finally gave me an address in China to return it to at my expense, but also included a list of dire warnings than would result in no refund! Unacceptable. Especially given the fact that I know for certain that it was shipped to me from a warehouse in the USA. Why not let me ship it back there?! They have no answer to that question.
Would give zero stars if I could. False advertising to the extreme! I ordered what looked like a really nice quilt, and what I received looked absolutely NOTHING like it, and looked like it literally cost $5 to make (this was after it took a month to get here)
If I could give this scam company a negative 10 I would. I purchased what was supposed to be 100% Linen bed sheets. What I received was 100% paper thin polyester sheets. I immediately went to return them as this is not what I ordered. I was told to send them back for a refund. The storefront says they are in NY. To mail them back I was given an address in China. To send them back I would have to pay $54. A perfect scam! Who is going to pay $54 for an item that they did not even order? THEY STOLE $133.00 FROM ME. I reported this to Paypal who told me to return the item for a refund even though it would cost me another $54. I did not want to chance it so I decided not to. I now have a set of Dollar Store sheets that I payed $133.00 for. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS AT ALL COST.
