Review Time
Part of my order had to be refunded since it was out of stock. Then the rest of my order was misdelivered and returned to sender.
Two months after my order and several emails later I received the rest of the order but it was a different product, Reuzel Fiber instead of Reuzel Extreme Hold.
I've had a great experience with Blendbox in the past but this has been a disaster and I am loathe to return the incorrect items for all the trouble it's already been.
Placed order Jan 26. Messaged Feb 3rd through email and website chat, no response. Messaged again Feb 4. Was told one product sold out, but that new stock had arrived and package would ship Thursday 5th, and I would be provided a tracking number. No tracking number provided Thursday Or Friday. Saturday no response. It’s now been almost two weeks since I placed my order and there is zero follow through, and they don’t even follow what their own shipping guidelines state on the website. I would honestly skip their prices and just buy locally.
Edit: based on response from their reply: there was no communication on your part to inform me of the delay until I reached out to you guys. And was ignored for over 24 hours, and then subsequently 48 hours. i messaged during your business hours that were posted on your website, on both email and chat. Now rather than admit a mistake, or communicate tracking information as requested, they have just deflected in their response cancelled my order behind the scenes. And honestly? I’m glad. I just hope I actually receive my refund. I have reported them to the BBB and highly suggest anyone else with similar experiences do The same.
for anyone looking to order from this company - dont. I ordered two items for same/next day delivery on Dec 12, 2025, now Feb 6, 2026 and no sign of order fulfillment. Been trying to contact them for days now with no replies over email or online chat. Scam company. Filed a dispute with my CC this morning
I was let down by my experience regarding a warranty issue. I purchased a product that should be covered under the manufacturer’s replacement warranty. When I faced a problem, I contacted the manufacturer, who informed me that warranty claims need to be addressed through the seller. I reached out to the seller multiple times. After an initial reply stating they wouldn’t cover the issue, they ceased all communication despite my follow-ups. At this point, they are not engaging or taking any steps to honor the replacement warranty. It’s frustrating because I genuinely like the product and tried to resolve the matter directly. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and support has made this a very disappointing experience. Warranty support and customer service are just as crucial as the product itself, and in this case, the seller has not met expectations. I hope they improve their handling of customer support and warranty claims, as this experience has affected my trust in the company. I would not recommend.
The pricing was excellent! I was looking for some new hair products and wanted to explore higher-end options, and the company had a fantastic sale. I ended up purchasing four items. I rated it 4 stars because the shipping took a week, which was longer than I expected. However, aside from that, the products and pricing were great! One item was out of stock, but a refund was processed automatically within two days without the need for any calls or emails. Very professional service. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience.

I previously bought all my hair care products from a well-known retailer, but that has changed. I now prefer to support a local Toronto (and female-owned) business that genuinely cares about quality products and provides attentive customer service. I highly recommend them!

I ordered two items for same/next day delivery on October 7, and by October 16, there was no sign of my order being fulfilled. I tried to contact them via chat and email multiple times without a response. I finally heard back on the 16th, confirming my order would ship soon. I did receive my items, but they were quite late (not same/next day shipping). The items were also unsealed, which I found unusual. Overall, I rated it 3 stars since my order was delivered, albeit late, with minimal communication.
