I am genuinely thrilled with my recent order. Initially, I had some hesitations about purchasing tropical plants in January, but everything arrived in pristine condition. The plants were securely packaged with winter protection and came turgid and healthy, with not a single crispy leaf in sight. The value for money is exceptional; I found an Anthurium Magnificum and a Variegated Ring of Fire at prices I've never encountered elsewhere. The Alocasia Black Velvet was especially remarkable; although it was listed as an 11cm pot, the plant is massive and lush. It's uncommon to find collector plants at such prices, especially in such excellent health. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be placing another order!
I had a truly disappointing experience with the service, and I believe other customers should be aware. My order, which was advertised as needing a heat pack during winter, was abandoned in a lobby during freezing temperatures. This area is clearly marked as a place where parcels should not be left. I was home all day, and two other couriers managed to deliver directly to my door without any issues. The courier from the service didn’t even ring the buzzer or attempt delivery. Instead, they left a heavy package in an unsecured, cold area. I had to search for it and carry it upstairs myself. For a service charging nearly £10 for delivery, this is completely unacceptable. When I raised the issue, the customer support response was essentially dismissive, stating, "Not our fault, nothing we can do," and suggested I return the item myself for a refund. There was no apology, no resolution, and no care for the customer. They did not acknowledge that the delivery service I paid for was never provided, nor did they take ownership of the problem or offer a meaningful solution. The cold was disregarded, despite their own recommendation for heat packs to prevent damage. They refused to escalate the issue with the courier and blamed me for not providing special delivery instructions. I didn't realize that delivering to a regular apartment building needed special instructions. I had planned to make more purchases from this service for Christmas, but this experience has completely eroded my trust in them. I strongly advise other customers to reconsider ordering, especially in winter, as you may end up with a discarded parcel, a damaged product, and no options for support or refunds. It's not just the courier's mistake; it's their refusal to rectify the issue and the condescending way they handle complaints.

The plants from this service are absolutely stunning and incredibly healthy. I'm really impressed with the quality and variety they provide. They arrived well-packaged and looked even better in person! It's a joy to support a business that clearly cares about their products. The customer service is always fantastic! Sometimes, I decide to add more plants after placing an order. If my plants haven't shipped yet, the team adds them to my order without any hassle. The plants arrive well-packaged and of high quality, just as I expect.
After placing my order, I was contacted to see if I wanted to add Winter Protection, which I chose to do. I appreciate the suggestion given the recent weather. I should mention that the heat pack included for Winter Protection was cold upon arrival but began to heat up once I took it out of the box and stayed warm for about 8 hours. It seems it hadn’t been exposed to air long enough to activate before packing. Fortunately, my plants appear to be fine.
I treated myself to a plant advent calendar, and it is fantastic. Each day's gifts are carefully packed with great attention. I can't wait to see what each new day brings. The quality of the plants is excellent, and everything is well-wrapped to prevent any damage during transport.
