I purchased a GTRACING treadmill from Amazon, which arrived completely non-functional. Why then, do I give them a five star review? Because the customer support was so great!
The product was under warranty for a year, so I contacted them via phone to get a replacement. They were quick to respond, and instantly got me on track for troubleshooting via email.
Troubleshooting instructions were always well described and easy to perform. I never felt like anyone was "giving me the run-around", as so often happens with warranty claims. Responses to emails were prompt.
After all the trouble shooting tasks were completed and the product still wouldn't function, they offered to send me a replacement (which would have taken some time), or a refund in the form of an Amazon gift card (because I didn't buy from their site directly and they didn't have my payment information).
I decided to opt for the refund, and received it swiftly.

Let's make one thing clear: I do not fault GTRACING for this new, in-box product being defective. There are thousands of units produced every run, and there is bound to be at least one mistake made.
What gives a company a reputation of high quality, is the service and support they provide after the purchase. I am pleased with the service I received.

Good chair for a reasonable price

Overall the chair is pretty nice and comfortable for me. Assembly was fairly simple to do and took less than 30 minutes at most. If you want a cheap price chair that is good option

Customer Srvce + Product= Winning

Quick and pleasant response from customer service. Resolution ver satisfactory. Not to mention i have enjoyed the product. Daily use for hours for over a year and still in amazing condition. Product plus customer service will lead to more purchases in the future.

Never going back.

This is my 2nd time buying a computer chair off of gtracing and I will never go back to another website. I ordered another chair (off another website) after my husband's first gtracing chair of 4 years worn down, and I made the mistake of going off somewhere else and it immediately ripped within the first 2 weeks and was not comfortable at all and the arm rests kept getting loose. I ordered a chair off here and my husband is so happy with it such good quality fabric, very squishy and very comfortable and no ripping even in the first month. And he is on his chair alot with college, gaming, and watching basketball with his buddy's. I'm never going back. Thank you.

The pipes are full of rust so much that…

The pipes are full of rust so much that there are tons of rust dust coming out of it when I was putting g it together. Also the pedal holder doesn’t line up perfectly to Logitech pro pedals. Would have returned but who wants to do that and go through all that trouble.
