Not a good deal for expatriates. They were happy to communicate initially, while the fees were in process, but then went dark. Every question was met with a ridiculous automated request to set an appointment for a phone call. I will be asking for a refund. I'll continue to post updates and more specific information until the refund is received.
THIS IS A SCAM. I was called everyday after I did something on the website by a person who assured me of support through the process personally if anything went wrong, and now I cannot talk to anyone at all to fix my doctor's appointment, which is effectively the first step towards getting the driving license. I can't fix my theory exam date or anything else if I dont have the doctor's appointment first apparently. I don't have a doctor's appointment, no idea how and when it will be fixed if at all, and I dont have anyone who can tell me the next steps. I have uploaded everything that apparently needs to be uploaded to get the doctor's appointment, and now I have waited for weeks without response or help or any idea about what to do next. There is only a bot for customer support that promises things that don't happen, and I can't find a phone number where I can talk to a real person. Of course the person who made the initial sale is not picking up my calls or responding to messages. THIS IS A SCAM.EDIT on 10/12/2025: It has been some days since my post and their response, and I have still not received a call from customer support or an email or a message or really anything! They definitely have my email and phone number because I still keep getting the bot messages on whatsapp encouraging me to so my tests, and I received my contract over email but nothing else! I need to book the doctor's appointment and take a date for the written test as the first steps to actually make anything happen- But NOTHING. Mind you- I paid the priority package price of 799 Euros so I am extra pissed. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
