First of all they contacted me as soon as I showed interest in getting started with them. They made me buy the subscription immediately of 699 euros I told them at the start that I only have the receipt of permesso di soggiorno and no other document could I go on with them????They insisted yes and told that receipt is also enough And at the end after having all the documents that they told me to upload they simply refused and told me that I need to have carta d'identità And now that if I want my money back I'll have to wait 60 working daysAnd furthermore they don't respond, collaborate or stay in contact with their clients You have to book an appointment and then they will not call you on the appointed timeI have had the worst experience with them it was the first and the last time And I genuinely recommend you all not to get start with them you will regret
Hello everyoneI am YousufI bought a package from guida e vai of 399 euro.This package was included medical visit and theory exam fees.But i paid both fees.They told me they will return my medical visit and theory exam fees.But they didn’t return yet,Already passe a couple of months,After getting in touch an operator gave me a fixed date 30th January i will get back my money but the didn’t. And even i got 2 appointments in last week and this week but they didn’t call me.I think Guida e Vai is not an Auto Scuala this is just an online course seller at high price,nothing else,Just graving money.They will say they will do everything but the truth is you have to do almost everything by yourself. You will sit for theory exam as a privatista.After getting passed theory you must enroll in an Auto Scuola for Guida.So why will you subscribe here???Only for spending some extra money?On the other hand when you need to talk to them you have to book an appointment and then if they wish they will call you otherwise not.I will suggest everyone,specially for my Bangladeshi brothers and sisters before buying any subscription research about Guida e vai.Don’t be impressed by seeing a colourful and sweet advertisements Be careful
