Avoid this seller; I received phone cases that are unusable as the screen is unresponsive. I attempted to return them to the address on the box, but was told it was incorrect and they wanted them sent back overseas. This is misleading, especially considering their UK domain.
I would give negative stars if possible. Do not purchase from this seller. They claim to be based in the UK, but that is not true. I regret not checking reviews beforehand! The product does not function as advertised, and their customer service has been unhelpful. I had to escalate my dispute to get a refund. If you find yourself in a similar situation, persist with your payment provider for a resolution.
Though the order took longer than anticipated, the two cases (for different models) are well-crafted. I reached out when delivery was delayed and received a prompt apology. It would be beneficial if the seller were more upfront about their location, but many others do the same.
The case shipped from another country, ordered on the 9th and arrived on the 16th, which could have been worse. I would have preferred a different option but it was out of stock. The quality isn't as robust as genuine leather, but it provides decent protection for now.
