We've been using Gym Incubator to grow our martial arts academy. The Lead incubator software is brilliant; it makes running the academy so much smoother and saves our coaches loads of time. The AI bots respond promptly and can even handle complex queries. Josh and Joe have been a real pleasure to work with. They are very helpful and responsive. It's been a pleasure working with these guys from start to finish. They've worked tirelessly to ensure everything runs smoothly and have always been on hand to talk to and ready to help where needed. The process was a little confusing for me at first (simply because I'm not tech savvy) but they did an amazing job of being patient and took me through it step by step, explaining everything so well until I understood it. If you have any experience with computers you'll no doubt have zero problems. Aside from this small blip on my part everything else has been a breeze and I've seen a massive increase in not only leads but memberships sales also.
