The good bits.
Website works well with lots of information, products in stock and order process was smooth.
The bad bits.
1. No confirmation of delivery date. First I knew about delivery was the driver telling me he was 10 minutes away. Luckily a neighbour was able to sign for the delivery.
2. Items missing from delivery
3. Unacceptably long wait times when trying to contact by phone (1 hour)
4. Emailed several times to several different emails listed on website and received no response.

I ordered 10 alarms, received only 8, and was promised the rest would follow. By now, I still haven't received them, and my numerous emails have gone unanswered. Phone calls lead to long wait times with automated responses. I would recommend avoiding this service!
The prices are appealing, but my order was incomplete, and there was no notification about stock issues. It's disappointing when I needed the materials to finish a job. A week later, I'm still waiting with no updates from them. When I called, I felt like I was bothering them. Repeated calls resulted in long wait times. Once they have your money, you seem to become just a number.
