Review Time
I have made 9 orders the past couple of months and never had a problem until the last order where a couple the protein puddings had been broken open by the courier (not the fault of Gymgrossisten, packaging was good) and Gymgrossisten send a whole new batch, as compensation.Excellent and fast customer support, great deals and products.
DO NOT purchase from this company. The listed delivery times are 1-3 days which is incredibly misleading. It is 1-3 days once they actually decide to ship it which is flat out LYING to their customers. Because of this crap, I now have to go out to a physical location to buy pre workout which means I am paying DOUBLE this month because I wont have anymore in a day or so. This is insanely unacceptable and I WILL NEVER purchase from this poor excuse of a company. When I say that I am frustrated, I cant emphasize it enough... this is disgustingly horrendous lying by gymgrossisten. Those 1-3 arent accurate by any stretch of the imagination. I received an email from them today stating that it will be delivered soon but I HIGHLY doubt that it will... I wouldnt be surprised if I dont receive it until the middle of next week or possibly the end of next week. Im surprised there hasnt been a lawsuit for deceitful practices by the company.... dont buy with them... save your money for some other establishment that actually delivers when they say they are going to deliver. Absolutely disgusting of gymgrossisten.
Cancelled an order before they had shipped it, 1 week later I was still being charged for the item on Klarna. I contacted the web chat support on 3 separate occasions, I called them on the phone once and they were very unhelpful and each time they said the problem would be fixed in the next few days. Fast forward 5 weeks and I am still being charged on Klarna for an item I don't have.
Got my protein last time, no issues. Tried to buy a second time after the last one ran out. It's been a week and many tries, but they do not accept my cards. Tried different ones so it's not a card issue. Little customer service. Guess no protein for me :(
I was a new customer at the gym wholesaler and what I bought now will be the last thing I buy from them! completely useless service! long delivery time! they do not maintain their delivery time as they say! I will go back to the ones I bought earlier from
Poor customer service and long delivery times. At the time I was placing my order, everything was in stock and I received 1-2 days as the delivery time. After 2 days, I contacted customer service and explained to them that I’d need the package in max 2 days and they said that the package is being packed and will be delivered within max 2 days. Despite all that, the package was not even been handed out for delivery even after 4 working days.
