My parcel was "delayed" by Postnord, and then instead of being delivered to my home was taken to a service point an hour away for collection, I was only notified about this on the day it was to be returned. I contacted Rima at customer service and she had them deliver it to my home the next day
This website is overall good and delivery is fine. But I was disappointed by one offer. They said I would get a towel if I spent a certain amount, but the towel I received was very low quality and almost useless.Because of this, I feel a bit misled. They should improve the quality of their free gifts.
This was literally the worst place to buy my training supplements from. I ordered for more than $300 worth of supplements which I later realised was wrong and I wanted to return it but they didn’t provide me the accurate information and they didn’t proceed with my case at all. They gave me a fake and wrong QR code to return the product with which wasn’t working and after that they ignored all my messages when I contacted them. This was purely scam. They were supposed to give me a QR code to proceed my return, but they didn’t. And now I am here with over $300 worth of products that’s going to be wasted.
Have ordered from them three times I think, first and second time everything went smoothly, however, the third time I ordered only half of what I payed for was delivered, the costumer support was good and they answered within a day (although they definitely should make it easier to attach photos to your reclamation), the remaining product is now on it's way, still very annoying to go through.
