I ordered two vests, they got here, one didn't look right so I send it back after they said I should and they would refund me. I have send them two mails and since November I have not received any response from them, they are scamming for money.
I have ordered 4kg protien powder and this time not the same weight as it should be 4kg , i have ordered previously and the bag was filled to the top of the cutting edge . But now is just lower much lower that 4kg which is 3.5 kg.
Very unsafe site, a few minutes after I placed my order I got a scam SMS. I contacted customer service and they confirmed that no information had been send from Gymgrossisten yet, therefore I draw the conclusion that the information must have leaked from Gymgrossisten internally. Your personal information may be shared with criminals.
I placed an order on July 9th, on the 17th it hadn’t shown up yet, even though I got a message it had been sent. I contacted them on mail, and all 10 stars goes to Lida, who found out the package got lost during transport, she made a complaint and sent me a new package right away. July 21st I got an SMS, and the package was ready to pick up with Instabox! These things happen, but the fact that they could take care and fix it right away is just amazing.
It took almost two weeks to get my products, which annoyed me, because it said 3-4 days when buying, plus their customer service completely ignored my first email asking where my order was. The box came all smashed and ripped. Luckily the products were ok. If you dont mind waiting for your products, their assortment is huge and prices are ok. Expect nothing from customer service, its horrible.
