The service's grasp of their product and return process is lacking. I usually commend companies that excel, but after speaking with a representative and buying shoes, I realized the sizing was off. They provided free return shipping, which I agreed to, only to find that the free return label wasn't usable in my region. Consequently, I have to return the items at my own cost, which is almost a third of the price I paid for the shoes. The experience was unsatisfactory due to the representative's insufficient knowledge.
Capezio's understanding of their product and return process leaves much to be desired. I typically praise companies that perform well, but after consulting a representative and purchasing shoes, I found the sizing was significantly incorrect. They offered free return shipping, which I accepted, only to discover that the free return label wasn't valid in Ireland. As a result, I need to return them at my own expense, nearly a third of what I paid for the shoes. The experience was disappointing due to the representative's inadequate knowledge.
You cannot return items without waiting for email confirmation to let you know where to return them to which can take days, I had to chase them up to get a response. Then the refund policy is 30 days from receipt which does not satisfy UK return law policies. So far it’s been 5 days they’ve had the tap shoes back (tracked return delivery) no confirmation of receipt, I’ve had to email them again to get them to confirm receipt. It’s just not ok and I’d never use them again having to chase up refunds and return policies seems somewhat fishy
As my son's measurements were across three sizes for a leotard, we ordered one of each of the corresponding three sizes and chose what fitted him best.The returns process is horrendous, and doesn't actually comply with UK law. More than a week after returning the leotards, I received an email informing me they had not yet been received. Thankfully, I'd chosen tracked postage (buyer pays for returns), and was able to show that they had been returned. Customer services informed me that they have a policy of refunding within 30 days. After I reminded them they had an obligation to refund within 14 days, I was told their policy 'was a guideline'. I'm still not sure why they would give that guidance. Obviously, I won't be buying again, which seems a shame given that they hold a lot of stock.
We ordered two bras. One of them fits good, but the other one is to small. We tried to create a return, but our order number wasn't accepted. We tried it many times without any sucess. So we wrote many emails, but we haven't got an answer. That service is very unreliable.
I bought these rip stop pants (article no:12080W) for my daughter Naemi (age: 15) and she loves them. They fit perfectly (she likes the wide cut and the high waistband that you can roll down to hip height if needed). The fabric is super lightweight, slightly shiny and very soft and comfortable against the skin. The workmanship is very good, the seams are strong and solid so that nothing tears despite the thin fabric. She wears the pants not only for dance training, but also as running pants and even in everyday life (in everyday life in combination with a T-shirt or sweatshirt). They also work well as sleeping pants when she goes on an overnight vacation by bike and want to save space and weight in her backpack. We would also like an ultra-light hoodie made from the same nylon fabric. Other color options, maybe sky blue and purple, would also be nice.The customer service is perfect, fast delivery and my questions were answered quickly and competently.
I was recently in search of a very specific pair of Tap Shoes, namely Capezio Roxy iridescent ones. Being unable to find them anywhere in the UK and as a last resort I called Capezio Europe and spoke to an E-commerce manager named Remi. She went well and truly above and beyond to help me and after she made some enquiries, she actually managed to find me a pair in the correct size, much to my astonishment! It was a long shot, yet she pulled it off! Outstanding customer service and communication. I cannot thank her enough. Thank you Remi and Capezio Europe.
I've been looking for pointe shoes for a really long time and was so happy to see that they offer some models up to size 12. Gave the Kylee's a shot and they fit me really well. A lot of other brands don't produce shoes in my size at all and I am really happy to finally have a shoe to dance in. Shipping was fast, shoes are great and I will definitely be ordering again. Customer service replied within a few hours as well.
Don't expect to be able to try on sizes. If it doesn't fit you don't get a refund and have to keep the products that you'll never be able to wear. Maybe a size guide would be a good idea if that's the case?Update: I was offered 20% off my next purchase, which is nice if you want to purchase again. But the thing is I won't be purchasing again. Companies do this when they want to retain custom, but I have no reason to want to purchase again as the one item I would like to find the right size for is non-refundable.
