Yep, totally avoid H2Guardian, their H2 Water maker & their made up characters of Massimiliano (who conversed with me as massimilianoDOTrinaldiATmaxforotltdDOTcom) and the supposed engineer & creator David Thornton.I did receive my two H2 water makers but both were damaged due to pathetic packaging (tho one appeared to be a manufacturing fault).Their comms is AI imo as the responses are overflowing and not what you'd expect.I'm at the stage of several days past the point of where a refund & replacement should have occured with no response to my last email asking what is occuring!Lesson learnt in not to rush into things and if a product or company doesn't already have reviews or any real history then avoid.I've contacted my credit card company to instigate a claim to recoup the £111 odd this has cost me!Do these ppl not realise that karma is real & has no time limits, lol.
