Yep, totally avoid H2Guardian, their H2 Water maker & their made up characters of Massimiliano (who conversed with me as massimilianoDOTrinaldiATmaxforotltdDOTcom) and the supposed engineer & creator David Thornton.
I did receive my two H2 water makers but both were damaged due to pathetic packaging (tho one appeared to be a manufacturing fault).
Their comms is AI imo as the responses are overflowing and not what you'd expect.
I'm at the stage of several days past the point of where a refund & replacement should have occured with no response to my last email asking what is occuring!
Lesson learnt in not to rush into things and if a product or company doesn't already have reviews or any real history then avoid.
I've contacted my credit card company to instigate a claim to recoup the £111 odd this has cost me!
Do these ppl not realise that karma is real & has no time limits, lol.
I wish I had gone to read the reviews like I normally do but on this occasion I fell for the sob story about David Thornton’s mum. I was diagnosed last year with CKD stage 3b and after reading his story thought I would order the Professional Grade Hydrogen Water System which is how he advertised it. What a mistake still waiting for my order from 15/2 and have emailed him but have received no reply. I paid by Debit Card another mistake so have probably lost my money and will put it down to experience if I don’t receive anything or my money back from him.
PLEASE DON’T FALL FOR THIS LIKE I HAVE
As with all the previous reviews I have also tried to send the items back and get the full spiel about this not being possible despite their refund policy clearly stating that it has a ‘90 day satisfaction guarantee’.Have now gone to my credit card company for a refund.Avoid at all costs!
Total scam website. Product is not as advertised. They don’t stand by their 90 day money back guarantee. They’ve copied the genuine Hydroh bottle companies company website using their photos . Going to try and get my money back from my bank. Avoid at all costs
After looking into this company and still yet to receive my product as apparently it is still being made according to David which I don't believe is his name, I've requested a total refund and he has gone into a ridiculous speel of how the product has been calibrated for me. This is definitely a con!! When I looked into details of the company it looks like it was only set up last year. Hoping to get my money back through my bank as don't expect to get it back from him.
Ordered on the 8th February once tracking info appeared it said delivery from Yun Express from China 😩 sent email for refund as felt the advertising was totally fake but was told by David (apparently) that the product is from UK based company. Very well worded. Received the product 10 days later and it is indeed from China. Just sent email for refund under distance selling laws and have been told it's a clinical product and no refunds so the 90 day guarantee refund is rubbish. Been offered 30% refund and keep product. Please don't get conned by this person as I have. Buy from Amazon as it's half the price and exactly the same product.
The website and marketing was great but packaging cheap. No branding on packaging, product or leaflet and not in line with marketing and website. All indications are this is a cheap product from china and not UK. Emails on order and request for refund not from company and supposed ‘£19 ebook’ I was given when requested refund (which I need to request again and hold little hope of getting) is what I would have expected as instructions with logo & Dr name and referring to product that doesn’t match description of what I’ve got. I am in conversation for refund but this all seems fake and a rip off.If wanted a cheap product I could have got much cheaper on Amazon. Concerned I have a product that may be opposite of healthy.
Convincing website, but item is cheap quality (although it was not at all cheap!) and no reference to the amazing David Thornton who has developed it. Poor packaging and unconvincing leaflet, clearly despatched from China. Took 7 days to arrive with a Tracked 48 postage label. Foul play, don't trust it.
