Firstly, let me say that the product is good and the workmen were all of a good standard.The problem is that Hugo Knights does not have a project manager and does not undertake this role himself.Consequently, a £20,000 project that was allocated 6 days took almost 6 weeks!This company seems to be benefitting in lots of new business, including ours, based on the good reviews. From our experience, the company does not have the infrastructure to cope with the demand and the sub contractors they use, although good, are stretched to their limits. The delays, ordering incorrectly or not at all some of the products required and appalling briefing on what was required to complete the project to a neat standard led to a very stressful project.
Very happy to recommend Hugo & his team at Habify. All the team were very professional, highly skilled, extremely helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The project management by Hugo was fantastic, good communication, kept up to date, and responded to queries in a timely manner. The conservatory warm roof that was fitted has transformed the conservatory into a room that can be used all year round in all weather.
Conservatory roof panels replaced by warm roof by Habify. First class construction completed within three days to an excellent standard. Everything left in a clean and tidy state and completion was followed up by the office to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.
What a great decision to use Hugo and his team to revolutionise our 15 year old polycarbonate conservatory roof, changing are hardly used conservatory into a versatile extra living space which we love and now constantly use. From start to finish Hugo and his Habify team were a pleasure to deal with.The quality of product and workmanship being second to none. All of Hugo’s staff were conscientious polite and very professional making the transformation so easy for us, especially with the inclement weather at the time when roof was being fitted.Any issues and queries was dealt with promptly and efficiently.Well done Habify you’re a credit to your industry
Very organised up-front - a no bull honest discussion of our requirements and the costs. Reasonably priced given the results.Always arrived on time, completed in the timeframe and the end result looks amazing. Even better than we expected so truly delighted. When we had a minor problem with one wall post-completion, they were there immediately to fix it. My only very minor criticism would be to tidy up a little more after each day.
