Disappointing Experience with My Order

I placed an order for a holiday gift with this company, and it arrived after 10 days without any shipping time mentioned during payment, unlike most other websites. I wrapped the gift without taking it out of the attractive box. After giving it, I realized it didn't resemble any of the photos on the site. The product felt cheap and didn't fit well when closed. When I inquired about a refund or return, I was first offered a 25% refund while keeping the item, which increased to 50% after I declined. I was unhappy with what I received. To get a full refund, I would have to return the product to France from the US at my own expense, with no assistance offered. The photos I provided showing discrepancies were met with: 'Your photographs show products taken from different angles, and variations in camera angle can alter perception, which does not indicate a different item was sent.' 😂😂 Overall, the customer service was laughable. I wouldn't trust their products!

I LOOOVE this store!

For this price, the bag’s quality is unreal—sturdy leather, clean stitching, and it looks way more expensive. Charlène from customer care always goes above and beyond; she’s left a great impression every time. I already recommended Atelier Alain to my cousin and my nieces at a family gathering last month, and I’m pretty sure our whole family will be long-term customers.
