This is beyond a joke. I am going to have to consult with my solicitor about our consumer rights under EU law because this is beyond the pale now. Over 300 euros for a faulty item that you have NO desire to rectify. We want a refund NOW
I had to return a product because I ordered the wrong item. From the start, the process was already inconvenient, as customers are required to pay for return shipping themselves.I returned the product using a tracked shipment specifically to have proof of delivery. According to the tracking information, the return was delivered 17 days ago, yet I still have not received any refund.The company claims they need to “check with their warehouse”, which is not acceptable. Under EU consumer law, refunds must be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods. This deadline has clearly been exceeded, and I am still waiting, meaning the delay will likely continue.To make matters worse, they are now asking me to provide a signed delivery confirmation from their warehouse, which is unreasonable. As a customer, I do not have access to their internal warehouse documentation. I have already provided valid proof of delivery via the carrier’s tracking system.Overall, this experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of accountability and failure to comply with EU regulations is very concerning. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious, especially when it comes to returns and refunds.
I ordered a surround for my hottub it was bought on the Friday Tuesday morning it was here fantastic service extremely fast and very reasonably priced I would definitely recommend this company I was afraid to order with it not been a company I knew but would definitely recommend
I purchased 2 vanity units €1,500 in January '26. In stock, no prob. 10-12 Days delivery time. Feb came and went by still no delivery. I sent numerous emails, always including my invoice reference number and photo of vanity with left side sink. They repeatedly replied, I will receive delivery soon. I had plumber booked to install unit. He was waiting and waiting and had to move on to other renovations. After 2 months I received 1 vanity unit. I emailed to ask where was the other vanity unit, 100cm unik ella Rocca with left side sink. They said there was a manufacturing problem. I infirmed them that they had the same, but smaller vanity 80cm on website and that I would take that instead. They never replied. 17 mar they said my unit 100cm was on the way and I should have it in 6 days. I booked plumber again. At this stage my renovation was so delayed because of this. 2 weeks went by I received nothing. No correspondence from Habitium so emailed again with my order number and photo of my unit with left side sink. Plumbing/ electrics were fitted to suit this unit. I emailed again for an update. Habitium now said there was a problem with shipping company . I was so stressed because the plumber was under pressure too. April 2026 after 3 months nearly waiting,it finally arrived. Booked plumber again. I was happy, but when the box was opened it was the wrong unit. The sink was in the centre. Not suitable for my plumbing/ electrics . Plus the 2 corners were badly damaged and broken. I was absolutely devastated. Emailed Habitium to inform them. Sent photos of damage also. They had the audacity to say that this is what I ordered and they didn't even acknowledge the damage. Im so upset by all of this. I sent them an email with my order number invoice and details, showing left side sink. I have never experienced such bad service from any other company ever. I am left shocked by their reply. After 3 months of waiting for my unit, I'm now so exhausted from this horrible experience. My whole renovation project has been delayed. I have the wrong unit with no possible solution offered by Habitium. I cannot wait any longer. I will never purchase from this company again. Nor would I recommend them. I advise others to take caution and be aware of this mal practice. Not a satisfied customer at all. B
The machine arrived with a French plug even though it was purchased for use in Ireland with an Irish address. The handle was difficult to attach as the screw openings were concealed behind tight rubber on the inside of the door and, delivery timeline was lengthy.
