I ordered 3 sets of Egyptian Cotton bed sheets and haven't received them after more than 2 weeks since placing the order. I didn’t do my research before buying and found out about all these bad reviews.
I placed the order on the 9/01/26 and received an email saying the order was complete, while checking the provided tracking number I discovered that the parcel was "cancelled" 2 days later. I never received another email saying if there was a new tracking number or if the sheets have been sent.
I tried using the chat on their website and didn't get a reply after a few minutes, if I knew all this before ordering I could have saved $200 and bought sheets from another retailer.
I purchased a set of Egyptian cotton sheets for my mother, who is quite selective about her linens. To my delight, she called to express how soft they are. She mentioned they wash beautifully and require very little ironing. A great success for me!
Dishonest seller! They charged me for a product, confirmed my order, and provided fake tracking information. After 12 days, I emailed them, followed up the next day, and tried calling two different numbers, even using their online chat. Not once did this poor service respond. I filed a complaint, and the payment platform refunded me immediately. DO NOT PURCHASE. There are numerous similar reviews online!
