Dr Nayak and his team looked after me extremely well. They made me feel comfortable at all times and whatever I asked for, they were happy to get. The surgery itself was very clean and well organised. A nurse was with me at all times and I felt they were genuinely making every effort to help me through the day. Dr Nayak was on hand at all times and was great at reassuring me. I hadn't appreciated that he wouldn't be present for the whole procedure but never the less, the team did a great job. I am now 2 week post surgery so I am yet to see the final results but very happy so far. The only thing that could be improved would be the speediness of the response post operation. Overall, a very good experience so far.
Had my hair transplant coming up 8 months ago now in Manchester and my results aren’t very good at all. There is no density what so ever with there being huge gaps between each hair follicle. The donor area is extremely patchy when my hair gets to a certain length. It looks a mess.They should probably pre warn you about shaving your hair off before the procedure, because my hair is not the same since having it shaved off with it being thin is areas now.There is ZERO after care, after the first two weeks of the procedure you are just forgotten about. You only see the doctor for approximately 20 minutes out of the full day with the rest being done by trainees.I really struggle to believe that all of these positive reviews on here are genuine as they are all accounts with no pervious reviews Instead of trying to get in touch with me to try and resolve it, they tried to take my review down so I had to verify it.
I had a great experience at HGC. I found all the staff friendly and helpful. I was very nervous about the operation, however, although it’s all day, I found it pretty much pain free apart from the initial injections. 9 months down the line my hair looks great and I’m so glad I went with HGC. Anyone who is thinking of getting a transplant in turkey, I would say save the trip and just go here instead.
