Unpleasant Experience with Unexpected Charges

I'm being billed for a service I don't even use, and it's hard to find someone who communicates clearly. They keep adding $100 every month and are threatening collections despite my usage being zero. Clearly a questionable company. AVOID at all costs.

Terrible Quality After Discount

The service is terrible after accepting their Black Friday discount. The quality is stuck at 144p. I’m unsubscribing. It's on a major network, and the experience has been awful. Not worth the cost. Don't waste your time. We’ve only had it for a month, and it’s been disappointing after an initially good start.

Unacceptable Charges for Unused Service

I keep getting charged for a service I don't even use, and it's impossible to speak to someone who communicates clearly. They keep increasing my bill by $100 each month and are threatening collections despite my usage being zero. Clearly a dubious company. STAY AWAY.

Frustrating Refund Process After Cancellation

I canceled my account nearly two months ago, yet I was still billed for the next cycle. I submitted several refund requests and had to go through a long, complicated process just to get confirmation. After completing all the required steps, I was told the refund would come within 10 business days. Now, over 10 days later, I still haven't received it, and my attempts to reach out have gone unanswered. This is how they operate.

Extremely Poor Customer Service

The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. After signing up for a free trial with no upfront cost, I was asked for a deposit for the modem. I waited weeks, and when I contacted them, they hadn't shipped anything and didn't refund my deposit or shipping costs. They claim to have refunded me, but my bank says otherwise.

If Only Zero Stars Were Possible

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has the worst customer service I've encountered in 45 years. We've been without service for days, receiving the runaround. When it works, it's fine, but frequent disruptions occur. They also owe me money for a canceled service, which they have not refunded. I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone!

Inadequate Service and Support

It's unfortunate there's no option for a zero rating because they would deserve it. They've left me without service for weeks, blaming the network and technical issues. Their customer service is ineffective, and the internet quality is even worse. It was so poor that I felt compelled to write this review. Beware!

Nightmare Experience with Service and Support

I'm extremely frustrated! I signed up for monthly service and received a modem, but from day one, the service has been terrible. It wasn't even activated initially, and after several days, it seemed fixed but then I faced more login issues. I've been trying to get my refund and return instructions for months, but it's nearly impossible to get an actual response. They send disconnection notices despite my bill being paid. Avoid this service at all costs!

Misleading Charges and Lack of Refunds

I enjoyed the service while traveling, and the plan seemed great, especially the ability to pause it. However, I was wrongly charged $149 instead of $20 while my plan was paused. Customer support acknowledged the mistake but refused to refund me, opting instead to apply the overcharge as a credit. I simply want my money back. This is unacceptable.
