I booked my hair transplant on the 20.11.22 and spoke to rob, he was very eager to get me booked in and really was a nice guy. However…. They wanted to take the full amount which i said no, however they took 1000. When i spoke to rob he said not to worry because u have 14 days cool down period and if i changed my mind i would get full refund. I done some more digging on the company and i seen that all bad reviews were being deleted and the good ones stayed. I sent them a message 2 days later canceling my treatment because something did not feel right, as soon as they took the money it was very difficult to get hold of them passing me from pillar to post and getting no answers.Rob told me to email the team and i will get my full refund, however they have emailed me today after waiting 2 weeks saying that i had no right to cancel and there for they are keeping 1000 pound. So i done some futher digging and the actual doctor they use for the transplant had his own company and then put it into liquidation and he is very in experiencedI hold some what trustpilot accountable because they are allowing then to get the bad reviews deleted when they are all true.Stay away from this company. I have screenshots of the consultant and emails back and forth.Just an update that they have emailed and now said they have never said they would refund me. I have a screen recording that i am trying to upload along with the emails, where they are completely denying all of this. This company is an awful company and since i have found out that the dr mir has had his own clinic and gone into liquidation and 4 separate clinics are using the same doctor who are putting tue wrong amount of graphs. For example if your supposed to be having 3000 then there giving you only 1700 and then when you go back try charging you more and say its your fault.JUST AN UPDATEI have since received an email from them saying they will give me my money back as long as i delete my review and also sign a waiver to state i would not ever say anything bad about there company. As i have thought all about this and spoke to my bank, they are now involved because its fraud and im happy for my comment to stay up because i would not want anyone to go through what i have. My bank assures me that they will get the money back now as they have said they will give it back. These people are awful and they are doing what ever they can to take your money and not keep it.
Amazing experience by HGC. I am now 6 months after my procedure and am incredibly impressed with my results, kudos to Dr Shuaib Mir and his team for managing my expectations and always being easily accessible to answer any of my queries I had during my hair growth journey.
