AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Had an initial consultation with them 2 days ago, paid a deposit of £500 to have the procedure done by the end of the month. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am having to travel abroad, and the company are refusing to refund my deposit despite the 14 day cooling period. The consultant has provided me with an email address to claim the money back but having read the reviews on here the likelihood of even getting a response from them is second to none. Do not give them your money, you will regret it. Don't be fooled with the good reviews on here, they are completed by management themselves and or asking clients to complete before the procedure. I will be taking legal action like the others have previously.
Absolutely fantastic team here! They really looked after me, everything from the initial consultation through to the after care- brilliant! Highly recommend, and a big shout out to Dr Shuaib who was personable, professional and made me feel like I was in a safe pair of hands.
