I have made multiple purchases from Hairslayed LDN over a number of years now, all different, top quality and all simply stunning. I'm currently sat in front of the mirror wearing the latest unit that I've purchased and just thinking of how grateful I am to have found such an amazing company and Tiffany the business owner is such a talented professional, absolutely amazing at her craft but also such a beautiful and genuine soul.I've had so many compliments on my hair over the last few weeks that I've lost count and I'm just absolutely in love with it. I can truly say Tiffany listens and delivers on the brief every single time and has really helped me out when I've been on a time crunch too even though I know she's extremely busy, and I've never been made to feel like a burden even when I've been asking endless questions.I live far away from London in the Plymouth south West, you just don't find people doing what Tiffany is doing in my neck of the woods but there's no way, even if there were hundreds that I ever would go anywhere else because she really is the best and I'll be a loyal customer for good. For quality, amazing customer service and reliability, i'll always choose Hairslayedldn. I ordered my first wig back in the black friday sales and even with the massive volume of orders she had to go through, the order still made it in time for me to install for my holiday. The order arrived in perfect condition, exactly as seen on the model and smelled amazing which you won't get if you order from ali express or any of those other sites. Even my stylist knew from the quality of the hair, that the wig was a genuine raw high quality wig and stated that the wig smelt divine. Her customer service is highly commendable compared to some of the horror stories i've heard and personally experienced in the industry. Others should definitely take note. I originally thought I ordered a wig that came jet black and although I was initially disappointed, she acknowledged the issue and provided multiple options to resolve this for me. She has also answered a lot of general wig queries and website queries for me with time, attention and genuine care. It truly reflects how much time and attention she gives to her brand as well as her own character. I have just purchased my second wig and I definitely forsee a lot more purchases in the future.
