Untrustworthy service. Initially responsive via email, but after my six follow-up emails regarding a return, I received no further assistance. There’s no phone number available to talk to a representative. Caution advised. Avoid this service.
They seem to offer a generous return policy, but the actual return process is overly complicated. After purchasing a pack of underwear, I couldn't find a return portal on the site. I had to email customer service for the link, only to have my order number rejected. Customer service provided a different number I hadn't been given before. I had to take and upload individual pictures of each item, which felt excessive for a $35 purchase. The responses from customer service were vague, and they rejected my first return request due to my photo submission method. When I asked how to leave a review, my question was ignored twice. The whole experience feels shady.
Update: The customer service team took responsibility and delivered the goods while processing my credit. I'm upgrading my rating to four stars from one. Thanks to the customer service supervisor who assisted me. Previous review: I ordered items during a sale but didn't receive them a week later. The online chat team mentioned a warehouse error and promised a refund while still delivering my items at an uncertain date. I'll update this once I get my refund and items.
Within a month, the fabric of the underwear tore in a crucial area. I've reached out to customer service five times, but they refuse to address the issue, shifting the blame to the customer instead. Their lack of willingness to resolve this led us to find a different vendor with better quality.
I feel cheated! The underwear is terrible, akin to wearing stockings. I received the wrong sizes and feel completely ripped off! The reviews seem fake. Claiming to be designed in one country but made in another? This is worse than wearing outdated underwear!
The sizing chart is inaccurate. Although labeled as large, both pairs keep sliding down. Not inexpensive to discard. I wouldn't recommend it. Their high ratings seem questionable. I tried to leave a review, but they requested I send them first, casting doubt on whether my one-star review would be published.
