These products are extremely disappointing. They are overpriced and of poor quality. Every shirt we've received is falling apart. The company has sent us countless buttons for the blanket shirts, and now they are out of stock. I strongly recommend against making a purchase.
Received part of my order, but the email they sent indicates that I received everything. I'm currently trying to contact them for my second shirt or a refund. The shirt I did receive is nice; it's a simple button-down, good cotton material, and I like the fit. I've ordered twice from the company. The first order arrived complete. I liked the tops enough to order more (on sale). If I don’t hear back, I might dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Another company that disregards their own privacy policy. Customer preferences seem irrelevant to them. When I requested to stop receiving unsolicited marketing, they ignored me and continued sending it long after my order. DO NOT share your contact information with them, as they treat it as a commodity to exploit. I regret making a purchase and will not make that mistake again.
I visited their outlet store and saw everything was 60% off, with a relaxed atmosphere. I found a sweatshirt I liked, but it wasn’t in my size. I asked the salesperson about their website, and she mentioned it was pricier. Thinking I got the best deal, I made a purchase. Upon checking their site later, I found the same items I bought were 64% off online, and one item was marked as 'final sale' on my receipt. They didn’t clarify this in-store, and they refuse to take responsibility despite my attempts to explain their errors! This company lacks transparency and doesn't adhere to good business practices.

I requested a catalog through their website but only received numerous promotional emails! I tried to submit a complaint via their feedback form, but the re-captcha wouldn’t work... I’m not familiar with their products yet, but they need to understand retail and customer experience better.
The quality of their shirts is comparable to well-known brands. The blanket shirt is excellent. The sizing is a bit off; L is snug, while XL is oversized. Delivery took some time. It will be the most comfortable flannel you'll own, guaranteed. I love the fabric, and I receive many compliments on it. The patterns are timeless. However, I think it should be priced lower. They do offer a referral discount for new customers, but you only find out after you’ve already shared it with friends, who then make their own purchases. I don’t hold grudges.
