Switched to HandePay after a visit from a charismatic rep, full of promises of good rates and top service. Wish we'd stuck with our previous provider. The card machines we're now stuck with are dreadful. Full of tech glitches, don't charge properly, eat expensive till rolls and terrible functionality. Tech support is poor and customer care non existent. Avoid.
48 month contract ending in april 2022 attempted to end contract on 8th February only to be told they need 3 months notice no new deals available so £20 a month terminal for another 12 months rental plus additional costs would recommend to avoid this company I have now emailed them to end my contract next year
I am often doorstepped by salespeople who tell me they can get me a better deal on my card processing but Julia actually could. Not only cheaper, I am no longer tied into a contract and have a better POS machine. Julia has been really pleasant to deal with and I will be recommending her & Handepay to other business owners.
