We have changed our credit card provider to Handepay and they were extremely easy to deal with. Their representative, Martin, visited us and explained everything including being at the end of a phone if we had any questions. Martin arranged to come in and set up our terminals when they arrived but we also received a call from head office and were talked through the set up. All very easy to follow. Fabulous 5star service.
Martin made the transition from old to new supplier easy. The service he provided from our initial meeting to close has been excellent, not to mention the huge savings he has managed to save our company. We would recommend Martin and his services. FPM
The service Anthony has provided has been excellent. He explained everything and made me aware of the process. Anthony is a very polite gentleman. The one month contract is very suited to my business and I would recommend handepay and Anthony.

WARNING- Unfortunately I had to give a 1 star, didn’t want to give any! A person named Garon Hill entered my shop one day, fair enough gave me a good deals. But all the things he told me were a lie. Has only been 2 weeks I’ve been with handepay, he doesn't even pick up my calls, I directly put a conplaint through to handepay again but nothing changed. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
