Bought two camisoles which arrived promptly but just a touch too small. Reached out and theyImmediately replaced them for free with the next size up and told me to keep the other ones to gift.Super product, comfortable and flattering and a customer service that obviously values its customers.Will definitely be returning for more
I ordered 2 cami's which in my opinion weren't the right fit for me - I ordered 4xl, maybe I should have ordered a smaller size, but I wouldn't be able to put the smaller size on, it was hard to put on the 4 xl! I reached out to the customer service, wanting to return the cami's. They replied extra fast, they offered to send a replacement product or a different size, or refund me and I could keep the cami's to give to someone. I chose this latter option and now, 3 days later, I received a refund. This was the best experience with any customer service or company in the world I ever had! Thank you Luxmery, I will be ordering from you again!
I cannot fault the customer service of this great little small business. I ordered two shape suits which unfortunately were not to my style or taste and so requested a refund.I emailed on a Saturday and received a reply the same day. I was offered to choose an alternative item that may be more suited to my style/taste for free, and at the same time I could keep my items. I didn't want to request another one so I simply replied that I would like a refund and asked for a return form etc. The lovely sales manager (Stefanie) then told me that my refund had been processed, to contact them if I needed further assistance and at the same time I would not need to return my items to save any inconvenience. At this time, I am awaiting the refund and if this goes through without any issues, I honestly cannot think of a higher level of customer service from an online retailer!
Writing to Luxmery customer support, I must admit that I was not expecting a favourable response to me telling them that the sizes of the bodysuits I ordered were too small.However, I was pleasantly surprised not only by the timely response but how attentive and responsive they were to my queries.This is my best online customer experience.I applaud the Luxmery team and implore then to keep up the excellent customer service.
I was influenced- by a budget influencer- to buy one of these. I actually bought 3 as it seemed a good deal, and hoped for the best. My background is I have a load of clothes from 2016 that I’d like to fit in. I’ve recently lost 10 kg, but I’m still 7 kg + a kid past that day. I have a particular pair of jeans I’ve not worn since. I tried on last week and they weren’t for fitting. Then I tried on my first bodysuit- the xs/x round neck (I’m somewhere around a size 12 M&S)….and the jeans still don’t fit- only I now have to wear a belt with them to keep them up!!!!!!! The claims on the website are more than right!My other 2 purchases were the originals with the adjustable straps. They don’t quite have the same impression effect, but they definitely still make clothes look better!If I had any gripe, the gusset doesn’t quite feel comfy with the metal fasteners, but that’s something I can cope with- the body feels just great! Delivered in about 15 days. Go buy!
