I purchased an Everywish card at a supermarket, but when I tried to claim the code, I never received the actual card. I was forced to contact their customer service to get the issue sorted. To make matters worse, the customer service team had a very poor attitude and were quite unhelpful. A deeply frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend them.
very bad experience, get the RDMx3 error as a lot of other people did when trying to decrypt the code for amazon voucher. sent an email to the customer service and get no feedback at all. AVOID this company.
Posted about this lot before. Quick update. Basically, like others, was gifted £50 on a “gift card” that’s completely impossible to redeem. So every-wish now have my £50. One big scam that must be raking them in millions. I contacted them and do you know what they did? Sent me a replacement voucher and code worth … wait for it … £0. Thanks for nothing. So if you want to give your money away to a bunch of thieving con artists go right ahead and purchase an everywish gift card and you won’t be disappointed.

Why is it always the RDMx3 , most of the time it always occur.I bought a voucher and I have redeemed it but for me to decrypt the code, it saying RDM×3 error .
Why is it always happening like that ?
I have gotten my voucher and I can view the code .
I purchased xbox voucher of £50 and £25 .
Put i can't decrypt the code .

Same as other customers, I got an error code (RDMx3) and cannot redeem my voucher code. Tried to reach out the customer service by phone, but the phone is death. And the customer service by email has no response as well.
When I click the "decrypt" button to get the actual gift card code for amazon (the brand I picked) it comes up with: There was an error (RDMx3)
I contacted customer support which are quick to respond but just give generic answers, I am very worried this won't be fixed - I spent £40 on a gift card!
Just send over my gift card code and the serial number - really hope it can be fixed.
I received a voucher for my birthday. Requested Amazon codes but they aren’t working. Error code RDMx3. I have emailed twice and received no response.
After reading these reviewed it’s clear this is a common issue. Will be telling everyone to stay clear of buying these
Got given a gift card for xmas, I have redeemed it but have not recieved the voucher. I specifically chose the just eat voucher to treat my wife tonight but looks like this company is a scam.
First of all, contacting the customer service by phone seems near impossible. You have to wait 40 minutes each time to be able to speak with someone who can’t solve a simple frequent problem. The website was down when I tried to redeem a 100£ amazon gift card- but when purchasing gift cards, the website works just for that purpose. Moving on, my code came in late, and finally, the website works, I ‘successfully’ redeem a gift card for Amazon and it tells me to wait a whole hour before the code arrives. Turns out the code never arrived. I used the right e-mail. I contact by mail- heard nothing for two days. Contacted customer service three times (with waiting times over 40 minutes) and they all say that it can take twenty-four hours for the code to show up? I spoke to her and mentioned the time that had passed since activating the code (24h) and the time since purchase is by now nearing two days. No one explained to me what was going on? I only get told to wait? No reason for delay- no one who is solving a simple technical issue. If this issue is so common, why can’t it be handled swiftly? Either way, my money is still gone and I still don’t have the redeem code for Amazon. 100£. Very unsatisfied.
