Order was lost by courier. Reiss offered to replace items but then one was sold out. Communication was very slow and cumbersome. I like their clothes but cannot stand the courier and slow responses or solutions. I’m going on a week of no resolution

beautiful and great quality clothes always from reiss......however the courier EVRI left this parcel on my doorstep from 3.15pm until i opened my email at 10.30pm evri sent a email that morning saying my parcel was delayed.....they did not knock the door or ring the bell at all......luckily my neighbours are trustworthy ...and i am thankful

The clothes were fab, delivery a joke took to a disused farm next door and sent a pic saying unable to deliver, after contacting telling them it's the first gate with Whiteways on it, on the 2nd delivery they yet again went into the disused farm entrance, it was only by chance I saw the van coming out and stopped it

I ordered everything online, I try evrething at the store on Reiss/ Victoria. I was very dissatisfied with the service there; it was a very unprofessional approach; I haven't seen such an attitude in a long time in stores. The salespeople acted as if I weren't there. They didn't offer me anything, they were constantly talking among themselves, and I went and got my stuff by myself. It was around 11am and there was no one in the store, I was the only customer.
Only towards the end did they try to be a little friendly. I came to the store to spend money, but in the end I wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I don't recommend visiting the store on Reiss/Victoria.

Excellent support after delivery issues

After facing problems with an order not arriving at the store, followed by delays, I was left in the dark. However, the support team, particularly a representative, reached out promptly after I left my feedback. They investigated the delivery issue with the courier service and maintained communication throughout. I received a £25 e-voucher for the inconvenience within 48 hours. Unfortunately, the order was ultimately lost and out of stock, which was a first for me with this company and their delivery partner. Nonetheless, I appreciated the quick response. I'm sure that had I visited my usual store, the staff would have resolved the matter efficiently. Thank you for your assistance!

Disappointing online ordering experience compared to other European brands.

I had a very frustrating experience with online ordering, especially when compared to many other European brands. Initially, I was surprised by a 150 delivery fee that I wasn't informed about. Additionally, I had to pay another 150 for return shipping, as the refund must be sent back to England and the company does not cover these costs. I do not recommend ordering online if you're shopping from North America.

Outstanding service from the company. After placing my order, the communication was fantastic. They provided excellent tracking information, kept me informed about the expected delivery date, and managed to do so during a hectic Christmas period. My package arrived earlier than anticipated, and I was thrilled with my purchase. Great job!

Frustrated with the Service

I decided to close my account today because it appears to be the only way for the administration to get my name correct. However, I doubt this will resolve the issue, as I just received another email addressing me as "Bree." My surname and gender are also incorrect, which means they can never locate my package for click and collect. I'm tired of trying to resolve this, so I'm leaving. Sometimes, this is the best way to get attention.
