I strongly advise people not to use this platform. They take the money from the customer, but that doesn’t guarantee the service provider will get paid. If the customer simply claims they are not satisfied—even when the work is done correctly and you have photo proof—the platform may still refuse to release the payment.
Their solution is always to tell you to “resolve it with the customer,” but in many cases the customer can block communication. This leaves you stuck after spending days working and sometimes weeks trying to fix a situation that you cannot control.
In my case, I wasted around 10 days of work and nearly a month trying to resolve the issue. It was a huge waste of time and effort.
Customer support and management were not helpful and showed very little understanding of the situation.
