Caution to sellers: my device is currently unreturned. After I sent my device based on an offer from the company's website, it took them 6 days to inspect it, contrary to their stated timeframe of 3 days, or 8 hours for an extra fee (which raised a red flag). The offer I received was only about 17% of the device's value listed online. While I found the reasoning for the low offer questionable, I decided to decline it and anticipated the return of my device. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened. I reached out via email, and they mentioned being busy but promised to address it. They later gave me a specific return date, which came and went, leading me to write this review. They have stopped responding to my emails, and I've had to escalate the issue with consumer authorities, as I am located in a different city. I’m uncertain about the status of my device since they are not communicating. As a word of caution based on my experience, while my device doesn’t hold major value, it does have sentimental significance as it was my daughter's school device. If it were a more valuable item, such as a newer phone, I would strongly recommend caution.
