I relocated my parents to a residence in Cambuslang, but sadly, they passed away three months later. The facility was often disorganized, and the maintenance team failed to perform their responsibilities. For a month, my parents couldn't exit their apartment due to a faulty door, and even after repairs, it wouldn’t lock properly. This led to other residents entering and taking their belongings. Based on my experience, I would recommend that families explore alternative options.
The maintenance at this location is severely lacking, and I cannot advise anyone to reside here. Similar to the previous review, my parents were placed in a facility and unfortunately passed away shortly after. It was the worst decision I ever made. I urge other families to reconsider placing their loved ones here. The facility is not well-maintained; doors are falling off hinges, locks are dysfunctional, allowing unauthorized access to apartments. Staff members fail to fulfill their duties, and necessary repairs are ignored. The elevator is consistently out of order, leaving residents trapped in their apartments. I cannot recommend this place at all, and I feel for those who are still living here.
