The apartment was just right for our family of two adults and two kids. It was warm and cozy and it was really nice to go back at it after a snowy cold skiing day. The instructions were very clear. We found the place and the key very easy and we checked in withing 10 minutes from our arrival. The ideal stop for the transfer from Torino airport is on the parking lot in front of the church. The experience would has been even better if there was small dishwasher.

Having three bathrooms was a significant advantage for our group! The location is absolutely stunning. Nestled in the National Park, just moments from the lake and trails, we were able to completely unwind and disconnect from the daily grind. It was the perfect base for exploring the area, and we hope to return in the future!

One star is too generous! There was mold on the sofa, and it smelled awful. The place was extremely dirty, as if it hadn't been maintained in years. When I contacted the staff, they were unfriendly and showed us another room that was just as bad, full of bugs. I would never consider sleeping in that bed or even attempting to cook in that kitchen! I reached out to the company to complain, but a refund was not an option. I ended up losing 400 euros. Thankfully, we found another hotel while traveling with a 4-year-old.
I had a very disappointing experience at this property. The house was quite dirty, with visible mold in various areas, making it uncomfortable and frankly unhealthy. It was evident that proper cleaning had not been done prior to my arrival. Additionally, my interactions with the host were quite unpleasant. The host was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful when I attempted to address the issues. Instead of assistance, their responses were dismissive and unkind, which only worsened the experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this place at all; it was one of my worst experiences.
This is an outstanding chalet with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The owner has thought of everything, so all guests need to bring are their food and clothes. The decor is a bit kitschy, but it seems to be what visitors expect from a mountain chalet. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!
We rented the apartment during the first week of October, and it was freezing inside. Even though the weather outside was pleasant, the apartment was always cold. When we inquired about heating, the staff informed us that it wasn't possible. Additionally, the toilet needed repairs, and despite notifying the staff, no one came to fix it.
