Review Time
This was one of the most frustrating experiences we had. Apparently there was a misunderstanding with the crib for our baby and they didn't prepare one, The host was unhelpful, blamed me for the crib and didn't even try to assist. He even got offended and didn't want to share his name. This ruined the first two days of our 5 days vacation as we had to travel around the area to look for a crib.The place is smaller than it looks on the pictures, especially the bathroom. it is ground floor, going directly on the street and was missing some crucial amenities like coffee machine and iron. The small bed for our older kid was extremely uncomfortable. Even the sheets were rough and uncomfortable.To summarize, the host gave us very poor customer service and didn't try to solve our problems, but even if we ignore that, the apartment is poorly managed and not comfortable.
We had a wonderful stay in this fully independent house, which offers every comfort (except air-conditionning, but we do it well without it) you could wish for.The spacious garden and pool were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.Just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore, the location is ideal, with grocery stores conveniently nearby.A special mention to the owners: kind, welcoming and always available without ever being intrusive. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely like at home - almost like part of the family.A place we'd gladly return to and wholeheartedly recommend.

The check-in is perfect: All the information necessary to get the keys of the apartment were provided weeks before the travel (location of the office, direction to the apartment, code of the box,...). Apartment was clean, kitchen fully equipped and aditional information about the region.
